EVENT DAY 2:
Sunday, April 24: 11:00am – 4:00pm
Sunday, April 24: 4:00pm – 8:00pm
Only Reserve your hotel accommodations through the phone number or link provided, otherwise we cannot guarantee your reservation confirmation.
Every 10’x10′ booth will be issued 5 exhibitor badges. Badges will be available for pick up at the Exhibitor Registration Counter during Exhibitor Move In, on Friday from 9:00am – 4:30pm.
Pre-Registration is NOT required for exhibit staff.
No amplified sound in or around your booth is permitted. Show Management reserves the right to determine at what point sound constitutes interference with other exhibitors.
Booth items cannot extend beyond booth dimensions, in the aisle or above the 8’ back drape and 3’ side drape.
