Loading Dock

Dock D
The entrance to D dock is on M street between 7th and 9th streets, on the side closest to 9th st.
Proceed through the gate and proceed straight ahead and follow the ramp up, there is directional signage leading up to the dock area, which is on the top level. The D dock slips are around the side of the DE exhibit halls, at the back.

Sunday, February 5: 11:00am – 4:00pm
MOVE OUT: 
Sunday, February 5: 4:00pm – 8:00pm

Exhibitor Badges

Every 10’x10′ booth will be issued 5 exhibitor badges. Badges will be available for pick up at the Exhibitor Registration Counter during Exhibitor Move In, on Friday from 9:00am – 4:30pm. 

Pre-Registration is NOT required for exhibit staff. 

Sound Level and Booth Items

No amplified sound in or around your booth is permitted. Show Management reserves the right to determine at what point sound constitutes interference with other exhibitors. 

Booth items cannot extend beyond booth dimensions, in the aisle or above the 8’ back drape and 3’ side drape.
