Recipe: Vegetarian Lasagna with a 5 Veggie Salad

Description: We will prepare a vegetarian Lasagna with organic pasta sauce, gluten free noodles, eggplant, yellow squash, zucchini, onion, sweet potato, carrot and topped with Pepper Jack cheese and red pepper. Made in 5 minutes and ready to eat in 25 minutes. We will also prepare a 5 veggie salad with squash, zucchini, carrot, green cabbage and red cabbage and the zest and juice from a whole orange and half of a lemon.

Recipe: Taiwanese Staple Food with a twist: Tea Flavored Beef Stew with Green Tea Noodle

Description: Beef stew noodle is a Taiwanese staple food with its aromatic and intense flavors all in one bowl. Tea Station, an iconic Taiwanese tea house that offers the internationally renowned Taiwan tea products as well as the delightful Taiwanese cuisine. Tea Station will be demonstrating this authentic dish with a twist by using green tea noodle and to share their chef’s special tips on how to cook with traditional seasoning and ingredients.

Culinary Fight Club presents its Black Box PRO Series!  This culinary competition is fast, furious and serious!  Chefs must rise to the challenge and prepare the perfect plate from a basket of 15 mystery ingredients. Chefs will be given a single burner, salt, pepper and oil. They can bring a 24 gallon container of gear and two unprepared ingredients. The judges will be looking for the perfect bite. Join the competition and cheer on your favorite chef in this fast paced competition.  Chefs bewarethe Cheferee will be watching you.

Description: It’s a seared fish served with ricotta gnocchi, sweet potato swiss chard in a port reduction.

We will be passing out our famous chocolate truffles along with a free app card for all who attend the taste of travel session.
