• Southwest flight e-passes cannot be exchanged, extended or reissued.
• Southwest flight e-pass Award Certificates are subject to Rules and Regulations for flight e-pass usage.
• Travel valid on Southwest operated, published and scheduled service only and subject to availability.
• Valid for travel April 1, 2023 to April 1, 2024.
• Southwest Airlines flight e-pass certificates are subject to Southwest Airlines Rules and Regulations and all state and federal laws and regulations.

Grand Naniloa Hotel Hilo:

• Three (3) night double occupancy stay at the Grand Naniloa Hotel Hilo on the island of Hawai’i. Subject to hotel availability at the time of booking. Valid for hotel stay April 1, 2023 to April 1, 2024.
