Welcome to The Brazil Pavilion!
NEW for 2024 in the Brazil Pavilion is the ability to set dedicated appointments with Brazil-based destinations and suppliers such as DMC agencies, tour operators and more. As a ticket holder, you will have the ability to choose appointment times throughout the day to meet with dedicated representatives who are on-hand to give you the most up to date information on how to put together your clients’ dream Brazilian adventure.
How it Works
In total, there are 13 different Brazilian travel providers who are excited to meet YOU!
Simply click below on the “Schedule” button to pick out a time during the Los Angeles Travel & Adventure Show to set up your 30 minute meeting while supplies last. You will receive a confirmation email with your selected time slot, and instructions on how to check in. You will also receive reminders throughout the 2 weeks leading up to the event that can be transferred directly to your calendar.
