As part of the FAM-TAS Program, included with your registration, you can choose appointment times throughout the day to meet with Travel Advisor-focused representatives ready to share the latest information on creating your clients’ dream Brazilian adventure.
By setting appointments with various regions and travel providers, you’ll gather the essential tools you need to sell Brazil to your clients in 2025 and beyond.
How it Works

Simply click the “Schedule” button below to select a time during the Los Angeles Travel & Adventure Show for your 20-minute meeting—available while slots last. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your selected time and instructions on how to check in. Plus, you’ll get reminders in the weeks leading up to the event that you can easily add to your calendar.
