Hilton Passport Project

Hilton Passport Project

Through the Hilton Passport Project, Hilton Hotels & Resorts is partnering with the U.S. Department of State to help get more people traveling in 2018.

If you need a U.S. Passport or need to renew your current passport, stop by the Hilton Passport Check-In Desk, located in Hall A, to setup your passport appointment during the D.C. Travel & Adventure Show. All applicants who check-in and receive an appointment will get FREE admission to the show.

Ready to get your passport? Here is what you need to bring to the show:

  • Customers applying for passports should bring personal checks to this event.
  • Credit cards will also be accepted, but we will not be able to accept cash.
  • *Fees vary depending on the customer’s age and the type of application form required.

New Passports

  • Adults and children applying for the first time and individuals who lost their last passport, should bring the following items with them to the show:
    • Completed DS-11 application form (available online at Travel.State.Gov and will be available onsite. Tip: we recommend filling this form out at home to avoid wait times)
    • Original proof of U.S. citizenship (original birth certificate, previous U.S. passport, consular report of birth, naturalization certificate, certificate of citizenship);
    • Valid photo identification (driver’s license, state-issued ID card, student IDs, employment ID, etc.).
    • Both parents must attend for a minor child’s application.   If one parent cannot attend, they will need to send a notarized DS-3053 (less than 90 days old) and a copy of the front and back of the ID used at the time of the notarial service
    • A personal check to cover the passport application fees.

Passport Renewals

  • Customers who apply for an adult passport renewal (last passport must have been a 10-year passport) should bring:
