Cathy Kusuma, Director of Field Sales East for Holland America Line
Cathy Kusuma’s love of the sea began at the age of seven onboard Holland America Line’s Nieuw Amsterdam, so it is very fitting that she not only began her travel career onboard the Dutch ships in the late 90s, but has come full circle and now manages the Field Sales and Inside Sales team for the Eastern US and Canada. Cathy began her travel career with Holland America Line working on board in entertainment and shore excursion roles. Most recently she worked at a large home-based travel agency franchise company, where she held the position of senior director of strategic partnerships and agent engagement responsible for driving additional revenue streams to the company through sales account management.
